The City <br /> of Rose vi lie sent notices to those residents within Roseville. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Staff is recommending that Planning Casc #06-037, Campus Master Planned Unit Development, <br /> Northwestern College Master Plan, be tabled and the public hearing be continued to the March 7, <br /> 2007, Planning Commission meeting. <br /> Statfhas compiled a short draft of potential conditions that may be placed on the Master Plan: <br /> I. A minimum setback of 50(?) Feet from adjacent properties shall bc incorporated into the <br /> Master Plan for all roads and structures. <br /> 2. Relocating the campus road shall require an approved Site Plan Review from the City <br /> Council prior to moving the road. <br /> .., The Master Plan shall prohibit new lighting from shining directly onto adjaccnt properties <br /> -' . <br /> and Lake Johanna. <br /> 4.
