<br />Residcnt Commcnt <br />Staff has not received any commcnts regarding the Final Plat; howcver, the Final Plat proeess . <br />does not require public notice since no further changcs to the ovcrall dcsign of thc subdivision <br />can be required by thc City. <br />Staff Rccommcndation <br />Based on the information submittcd by the applicant, the Final Plat is in conformance with thc <br />requirements of the Preliminary Plat approval in PCO()-013 and is in conformance with the <br />requirements orthe ('ity's Subdivision Ordinance. Therefore, in Planning Case #06-029, Staff <br />recommends approval of the Final Plat subject to thc following six conditions: <br /> I. The applicant shall continue to bc subject to all of thc conditions for thc preliminary plat <br /> as Jpproved in Planning Case 06-0 13. <br /> 2. The applicant shall conform to all requirements for Final Plats in Chapter 12 of the City <br /> Codc. <br /> 3. The plans shall be amended to be in fl.111 compliance with the City Enginccrs memo dated <br /> .January 2S, 2007. Reviscd plans shall bc submitted prior to the City signing the Final <br /> Plat. <br /> 4. The applicant shall pay a park dedication fec as dctermined by the City Council prior to <br /> the City signing thc Final Plat or on a payment schedulc dctermined by the City Council <br /> and subject to City Attorney review. <br /> S, The City Attorncy shall prepare a development agreemcnt that shall be subject to City <br /> Council approval.
