APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> HELD ON DECEMBER 6. 2006. <br /> Commissioner Zimmcnnan moved, seconded by Commissioner Larson, to approve the <br /> December 6, 2006 minutes as amended. <br /> The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> A. PLANNING CASE #06-035. VARIANCE - JOHN & JERI H lJYETT; 3203 <br /> SHORE\VOOD DRIVE <br /> l\1r. LehnholT stated the applicants were requesting a variance to construct a 411 square <br /> foot addition to the front side of the existing home at 3203 Shore\vood Drive. <br /> Approximately twelve feet of the eastern part of the addition is within the fil1y foot <br /> drainage ditch setback on the cast ern side of the property, and approximately seven <br /> inches of the addition is \vithin thc ten foot side yard setback on the wcstern side of the <br />. property. StaiT recommended approval based on the iollowing conditions: <br />
