<br /> Resident Comment <br /> Staff has not received any commcnts regarding the Final Plat; however, the Final Plat process . <br /> docs not rcquire public notice since no Ji.n1her changcs to the overall design of the subdivision <br /> can be rcquired by the City. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Based on the information submittcd by the applicant, the Final Plat is in confolllwnce with the <br /> requirements ofthc Preliminary Plat approval in PC06-026 and is in conformance with the <br /> requircments of the City's Subdivision Ordinance. Therefore, in Planning Case #06-039, Staff <br /> recon1l11L'nds approval of the Final Plat subject to the following eleven conditions: <br /> I. The applicant shall continue to be subjcct to all of the conditions for thc preliminary plat <br /> as approvcd in Planning Case 06-023. <br /> 2. The applicant shall con1'o1111 to all requirements for Final Plats in Chaptcr 12 of the City <br /> Code. <br /> " The plans shall be amended to be in fi.i11 compliance with the City Engineers memo dated <br /> -) , <br /> January 25,2007. The rcvised plans shall be submittcd prior to the City signing the Final <br /> Plat. <br /> 4. If any additional trees <br /> arc removed from the setback area by manmade forces, the City shall require the <br /> replacement of 100 percent of the removed caliper inches of trecs.
