Final Plat Overvielv <br /> On July 31, 2006, the City Council approved a preliminary plat to reconfigure 3685 New <br /> Brighton Road (1.87 acres) and 3695 New Brighton Road (.99 acres) into four ncw lots: <br /> Lots Proposed _Lot S}ze ,__ <br /> .., <br /> Lot 1 30,128 square feet <br /> Lot 2 27,897 squa!:e feet <br /> Lot 3 50,~ 15 square feet <br /> Lot 4 16,373 square fect <br /> Total 124,713 (2.86 acrcs) <br /> -.., <br /> Lot 1 is on the 3695 New Brighton Road property. Lots 3 and 4 are on the 3685 New <br /> Brighton Road property. Lot 2 is split by the two existing parcels. Lots 1 and 2 would <br /> access New Brighton Road, and Lots 3 and 4 would access Thom Drive. All four lots meet <br /> or exceed the minimum requiremcnts of the underlying zoning district and the subdivision <br /> code.
