<br /> '\ <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - December 11, 2006 8 <br />Councilmember Larson stated he was appreciative to the residents of Arden Hills for allowing . <br />him to serve on the Council. He paid a tribute to fornler Mayor Dennis Probst who set the stage <br />for TCAAP, the new City Hall, and the Joint Maintenance facility. He also paid tribute to Mayor <br />Aplikowski for her service to the City. He presented Mayor Aplikowski with a plaque <br />recognizing her service to the City. He acknowledged the dedication of the City staff and <br />residents who contributed to the committees. <br />Mayor Aplikowski stated she has served with six different City Administrators and a variety of <br />staff people. She stated one of the regrets she had was that they finally had a staff in place. She <br />thanked staff for working for the City. She stated it has been a pleasure to serve as both a <br />Councilmember and Mayor. She stated she will miss being on the Council. She thanked <br />everyone for being part of the future of Arden Hills. She wished the new Council the best of <br />luck. <br />Mayor Aplikowski adjourned the Regular City Council Meeting at 8:50 p.m. <br /> .-- <br />Stanley D.
