The location of buildings relativc to thcir heights will consider views and <br /> relationship from within the GB District and from public and private areas <br /> off the site. <br /> 4. Minimum building setback requiremcnts are fifty (50) feet from all streets <br /> and exterior project propcrty lincs and twcnty (20) from all interior <br /> property lines, except that interior lot linc setback requirements may be <br /> modified by the city in the projcct revicw process if specific conditions of <br /> the project plan justify modifIcation. <br />C. Landscaping. Appropriate and unified landscaping is essential to efTectively <br /> mcet the defined purpose of the GB District. <br /> 1.
