A "campus" plan arrangement is hcreby encouraged and a "signature" <br /> building is considered desirable. <br /> E. Parking. Tratlic Impact Study. The City has dctennined that the traffic capacity of the <br /> interchange at 1-35W and State lJighway 96 will impose limitations on tratlic <br /> generated within the GB District. In order to maintain the functional capacity of <br /> the arca road system, both intcrnal and external trat1ic and parking plans and <br /> traffic generation studies prepared by registered traffic engincers will be <br /> required f()r aU project within the GB District. <br /> G.
