Applicant mects with City Staffto clarify and determine PUD requircments and <br /> discuss applicant's proposal. <br /> 13. (Optional) Applicant dcsiring review of a PUD has the option of first applying <br /> for Concept Plan Review and then procceding to obtain Master Plan and Final <br /> Plan approval. <br /> C. Applicant submits pun Master Plan to City. <br /> D. Planning Commission conducts public hearing(s) on PUD Master Plan and <br /> recommends action to the City Council. <br /> E. City Council conducts additional hearings (optional), and takes action on the <br /> Master Plan. <br /> F.
