<br />. Section 1355 - Administration and Procedures <br /> 1355.01 Procedure for Public Ilcarings. <br /> Subd. ] Actions Requiring Public I karings. Review of certain land use procedures <br /> prescribed by this Zoning Code requires that a public hearing be held prior to action by <br /> the City. These procedures include: <br /> A. Amendments to the Zoning Code regulations; <br /> B. Rezoning of land from one district to another; <br /> C. Conditional Use Permits l()r Conditional Principal or Conditional Accessory <br /> Uses; <br /> D. Planned Unit Developments: <br /> E. Comprehensive Plan Amendments. <br /> Subd.2 Actions Where Public Ilearings May be Required. Review of certain land use <br /> procedures described herein, allow the City to hold public hearings whenever it <br />. detcnnines that adjoining propcrty owners or other residents should be advised of a <br /> specific proposal. These procedures include: <br /> A. Variances <br /> B. Site Plan Revie\vs <br /> Subd.3 Notice of Public Hearing. <br /> A. Published Notice. A notice of the time, place and purpose of Public Hearing <br /> shaH be published in the Onicial newspaper at least ten (10) days prior to <br /> the day of the Hearing. <br /> B. Mailed Notice. Rezoning of land, Conditional Use Permits, and Planned <br /> Unit Developments, shall require mailed notice, at least ten (10) days before <br /> the day of hearing, to each owner of property situated wholly or partially <br /> within three hundred tifty (350) feet of the boundary of the Property on <br /> which the application requiring the Public Hearing is situated. The <br /> applicant shall be responsible for providing an accurate list of owners, <br /> property identification numbers, addresses and phone numbers to the Zoning <br /> Administrator as certified by Ramsey County or a title company. printed on <br /> address labels.
