BACKGROUND At the October 30, 2006 meeting, the City Council ordered the preparatioll of a feasibility report for the 2007 PMP Improvement Project. The streets included arc: Katie Lane. Katie Court. Brighton Way, Chatham Avenue, Lametli Lane, Lametti Circle, Pine Tree Drive, Ilan-iet A n~nuc, alld Connelly A venue. DISCl)SSIOl\ St;dThas begun the preparation of the feasibility report f()r the 2007 P),tlP. A major part of this is to re\,iew the condition of the streets in these neighborhoods to ensure that \\e are applying the correct maintenance strategy. After careful consideration of the condition of the streets shown on the ('IP map for 2007 and comparing them to the condition of the streets originally proposed for the 2009 PMP, staffrecommcnds that we change the maintenance strategy of Chatham A\Tllllt:. Pine Tree Drive, and lIarriet Avcnue to a seal coat accompanied with some additional minor maintenance, such as patching, prior to the scal coat.
