Thesc estimates include engineering fees. This is \vithin the proposed <br /> 2007 budgct for strcct improvcmcnts, stilllcaving funds for thc proposed scal coat projcct as <br /> well; $837,791 was budgeted in thc Gcneral Capital Fund and General Fund for mill and overlay <br /> and seal coating. <br /> Staff is currently cvaluating thc necd for utility maintenance and/or improvements (watcrlllain, <br /> sanitary seVier and storm sewcr) along the additional strects.
