After the City has had an opportunity to review evidence of title <br /> and prepare appropriate documents, the Grantor shall execute <br /> permanent public drainage and utility easements in substantially <br /> the form attached as Exhibit A (the "Grants of Easement"). <br />B. ~it~L()bligati9.D_s. <br /> 1- The City shall examine title as it deems appropriate and shall <br /> prepare and record the Grants of Easement. <br /> 2. In constructing the Improvements, the City shall attempt to <br /> minimize any interference with the operation of the Property. <br /> The City shall further repair and restore any damage to the <br /> Property caused by or occurring during the City's construction of <br /> the Improvements and return the Property to substantially the . <br /> same condition as existed prior to the City's use of the Property. <br /> This obligation shall survive termination of the Agreement and the <br /> conveyance of the Grants of Easement. <br /> 3.
