Grantor hereby authorizes the City, its contractors and employees, to . <br /> enter upon the Property for the purpose of constructing the <br /> Improvements and restoring the Property as hereinafter provided. <br /> 3. After the City has had an opportunity to review evidence of title and <br /> prepare appropriate documents, the Grantor shall execute a <br /> permanent storm water drainage and utility easements in substantially <br /> the form attached as Exhibit A attached (the "Grant of Easement"). <br />B. ~l!v ObJigatio_n_~. <br /> l. The City shall examine title as it deems appropriate and shall prepare <br /> and record the Grant of Easement. <br /> 2. In constructing the Improvements, the City shall attempt to minimize <br /> any interference with the operation of the Property. The City shall <br /> further repair and restore any damage to the Property caused by or <br /> occurring during the City's construction of the Improvements and <br /> return the Property to substantially the same condition as existed prior <br /> to the City's use of the Property.
