At this time the building owners are arranging tlJr a cre\v to excavate to find the problem. <br /> It is possible that the damage was done during the 2005 PMP project. Investigation continues and <br /> the property owner has becn vcry cooperative, <br /> On November 14 staffwas notified ofa sewer blockage in the area of 1481 Arden View Drive. <br /> Staff immediately responded and jetted the line, to clear the blockage. The line was also <br /> tcicvised and roots were found in the line. Public Works staff also root-sawed the line. All <br /> po:.;sible affected residents were checked and no inside problems were found. <br /> Crews finished prepping ice rinks for Ilooding, <br /> In the next two weeks P\-V staff will be televising and inspecting the sewers and other utilities in <br /> the 2007 PMP project areas to look for potential repair that may be needed. <br /> At ]499 Lexington A venue, the Catholic Aid Building, there was a fire that gutted a good <br /> . portion of the lirst floor. Rcmodeling and rcpairs are currently under way. <br /> Boston Scientific, (formerly Guidant C'orp,) is currently remodeling space vacated by Syntegra in <br /> the old Control Data building on Lexington Avenue, Approximately 100,000 sq. n. is currently <br /> heing remodeled for up to ..1-00 employees that arc being transferred from Boston Scientifics' <br /> Maple Grove location, <br /> Staffis currently working with Bethel University's Architects, KKE, on their upcoming new <br /> building "University Commons", Planning is still in the early stages and Bethel hopes to have <br /> more definitive plans by early next spring. <br /> TC\AP Update: <br /> * Congressional update letters were sent out earlier this week to Senator Coleman, <br /> Representative l'v1cCollum, and Congressman Kennedy. A copy oCthe letter is included in the <br /> packet for your reference. <br /> * Staffspoke with Greg ["lack at Ramsey County this week to discuss the status of the <br /> Wildli fe Corridor. The Memorandum of Agreement for the transfer of the corridor to the County <br /> is currently on hold until negotiations arc completed with the GSA/Army regarding clean-up <br /> costs. <br /> . <br />
