(HKGi) presented an <br /> overview of the TCAAP Master Development Plan Update process. Given it \vas a significant amount of <br /> information to digest and that a couple of weeks have elapsed since the presentation, staff would like to <br /> take this opportunity to note and respond to any commcnts, questions, or concerns that Council may have <br /> at this time regarding the process. <br />. Additionally, in an effort to help clarify roles and responsibilitics of the many consultants associated with <br /> the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant purchase and redevelopment, staff is proposing to arrange a <br /> meeting to introduce all of the consultants and provide an opportunity for a round-table discussion <br /> bet\veen Council and the consultants. <br /> Staff envisions the following consultants would be in attendance at the meeting: <br /> . Steve Bubul, Kennedy & Graven, attorney for the City (Preliminary and Master Development <br /> Agreements, and TIF) <br /> . Mike Comodeca, Spencer Fane Britt & Browne, attorney for the City (Early Transfer Process) <br /> . Ehlers staff, financial consultant to the City <br /> . Hoisington Koegler Group, lnc (HKGi), Master Development Consultant (development of a <br /> Master Plan for the TCAAP redevelopment) and Comprehensive Plan Consultant <br /> . SRF, preparation of the Alternative Urban Area-wide Review (AllAR) for the City <br /> . SEH, preparation of the Traffic Impact Analysis <br /> . Damon Farber and Associates, Landscape Architects (preparation of the landscape architecture <br /> plan for the TCAAP development) <br /> Each consultant or consultant team would provide a brief overvicw of their role(s) and providc an <br /> opportunity to informally address any questions or comments the Council may have regarding the transfer <br /> process, clean-up, and redevelopment of the property. <br /> Staff is proposing this meeting take place in mid-December, sometime after the development tOll I' on the <br />. rd and before the Christmas holiday on the 25th. Staff would also like to invite the newly elected officials <br /> to attend this meeting. <br /> Staff is requesting direction from Council regarding arranging this meeting and setting a date and time for <br /> the meeting to take place. <br />
