<br />. ~ <br /> EN HILLS <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: November 15, 2006 COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br /> TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> Michelle Wolfe, City Administrator tfO <br /> FROM: Karen Barton, Community Development Director ~ <br /> SUBJECT: Appointment of TCAAP Master Development Advisory Group <br /> As part of the process to define and develop a master development plan for the redcvelopment of <br /> the Twin Citics Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP), Staff is recommending the fonnation of a <br /> TCAAP Master Development Advisory Group, to bc appointed by the City Council. <br />. It is anticipated that this group will meet several times with Hoisington Kocgler Group. Inc. <br /> (HKGi), the master development consultant for TCAAP, to provide input and fcedback to <br /> proposed plans for the development. <br /> Staff is proposing the following stmcture for thc group: <br /> One or two members from the City Council; <br /> One or two members from the Planning Commission; <br /> One or two members from the Economic Development Commission; <br /> One or two members from the Parks, Trails and Recrcation Committee; and <br /> One or two members from the community at largc. <br /> Staff is rcquesting Council provide direction to the creation of this advisory group and. if <br /> created, to recommend appointees to the group. <br />. <br />
