Any permitted or conditional uses that are not <br /> pennitted by the applicable zoning district underlying the shoreland management <br /> districts as indicated on the official Zoning Map of the City shall be prohibited in <br /> the shoreland management district. <br /> Subd.7. Water-oriented Accessory Stmctures. New water -ori ented <br /> accessory stmctures shall be prohihited. Existing water-oriented accessory <br /> structures, including boathouses, shall be considered legal, non-conforming <br /> structures that may be continued, maintained, or replaced subject to the provisions <br /> in Section 1350. <br /> Definition for \Vater-oriented Accessory structures <br /> Section 1305: Definitions <br />. <br /> Subd. 184. Water-oriented accessory stmcture or facility. A small, above <br /> ground building or other improvement, except stairways, fences, docks, and <br /> retaining walls, which, because of the relationship of its use to a surface water <br /> feature, reasonably needs to be located closer to public waters than the normal <br /> structure setback. Examples of such structures and facilities include boathouses, <br /> gazebos, screen houses, fish houses, pump houses, and detached decks. <br />. <br />
