At this meeting, the City Council <br /> reviewed the following two planning cases: <br /> A. Planning Case 06-030; Variance; Brad & Sarah Lis; 1548 Arden Place <br /> B. Planning Case 06-029; Final Plat; Royal Oaks Realty; 1440-1450 West Highway 96 <br /> Plannin2: Case 06-030: Variance. Brad & Sarah Lis~ 1548 Arden Place <br /> . Although the Planning Commission had voted 6-0 to recommend denial of the variance requests, <br /> the City Council voted 3-1 to approve both variance requests. The first variance was to allow the <br /> crushed rock surface for the driveway to remain. The second variance was to allow the two <br /> access points to the public road to remain. The approval was subject to the condition that if the <br /> driveway is modified in the future, it should meet City standards. General maintenance for the <br /> driveway will be permitted. <br /> Plannin2: Case 06-029: Final Plat~ Roval Oaks Realtv~ 1440-1450 West Hi2:hwav 96 <br /> The City Council accepted the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval and voted <br /> 2-1 to approve Planning Case 06-029 for the final plat of the "Arden Hills Office Park," The <br /> approval is subject to the six conditions recommended by the Planning Commission. <br /> City of Arden Hills <br /> .
