<br /> Aidlditnolllullll Citv COIlmcfill Adnmlls <br /> Pedestrian Walkway Easement Vacation . <br /> One ofthe conditions of the Royal Oaks Preliminary Plat in PC 06-023 was to vacate the 20 foot <br /> wide and 180 foot long pedestrian way in the center of the property. There is not a trail on the <br /> easement, and there are not any future plans for a trail on the easement. There is an existing trail <br /> along the western side of the property that will be dedicated to the City in the Royal Oaks Final <br /> Plat. The Council voted 3-0 to vacate the pedestrian walkway easement. <br /> Economic Development Strategic Plan <br /> The City Council heard a presentation from Bruce Kunkel, chair of the EDC, on the recently <br /> prepared Economic Development Strategic Plan.
