The application was reviewed and tabled at the October 41h, 2006, Planning Commission mecting in order to provide thc applicant time to modify the plan based on concerns statcd at the meeting. Pursuant to Minnesota Statc Statue, the City must act on this request by November 12,2006 (60 days), unless the city provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day review period. Sincc the City Council will not rcview this proposal until their November 13th, 2006, mccting, City Staff will send a lettcr to infolln the applicant that the City will be going beyond thc initial 60 day review period. With the 60 day cxtension, the City must act on this application . no later than January 12, 2007. The City may, with the consent of the applicant, extend the review period beyond the initial 120 days.
