Ch. ] 3, or any othcr applicable <br /> state statutes, any state rules adoptcd to implement the Act and statutes, as well as fedcra1 <br /> statutes and regulations on data privacy. <br /> 13. Termination <br /> Either pal1y may terminate this Agreement [or eause upon five days' writtcn notice to the <br /> other party. If this Agreement is temlinatcd pursuant to this section GRANTEE is not <br /> entitled to receive any runds not disbursed as of the errective datc or termination. <br /> Notwithstanding termination of this Agreement pursuant to this section, thc reporting <br /> requirements of sections thrce and f(mr, ahove, survive the tennination. <br /> 14 Alteration <br /> Any alteration, variation, modification, or waivcr of the provisions of this Agrcement <br /> shall be valid only after it has been reduced to writing and duly signed by both parties. <br />. 15. Interpretation of Agreement; Venue <br /> This Agreement shall hc interpreted and construed according to the laws of the State of <br /> Minnesota. All litigation regarding this Agrecment shall bc vcnucd in the appropriate <br /> statc or federal district court in Ramscy County, Minnesota. <br /> I ().
