Local (;ove/"1lments. and NOl/profit Organizations; and the <br /> provisions of the {,egal ("Oll/plillllCe Audit ('lIide promulgated hy the Ofliec of the State Auditor pursuant <br /> to Minnesota Statute ~ 6_6.\ and any other applicahle state or federal audit guide_ We will review the <br /> City's illlcmal control and ksl accordingly. <br />. Our audit is nut specifically designed and call1lot be relied on to disclose reportahle eunditions, that is, <br /> signiticant dclicicncies in the design or opl~ration of the internal control.
