January 29, 2007 City Council Meeting <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br />motion to approve the February 12, 2007 City Council Meeting Minutes as <br />amended and the January 29, 2007 City Council Meeting Minutes as <br />written. DNR Resolution 07-32: A Resolution Supporting the Minnesota DNR Local Trail <br />Connection Grant Application for the Perry Park Regional Trail Connection <br />c. Motion to Approve Payment #6 to Amt Construction in the Amount of $62,439.27 <br />for the 2006 PMP Project- Ridgewood Neighborhood <br />d. Motion to Approve Planning Case 07-002 for a Conditional Use Permit to ModifY <br />the Exterior of the Building at 4444 West Round Lake Road Based on the Findings <br />of Fact and the Submitted Plans as Amended by the Five Conditions in Planning <br />Case 07-002 <br />e. Motion to Approve Final Payment to Ramsey County in the Amount of <br />$341,747.50 for Arden Hills Share of Construction Costs on the Ramsey County <br />Public WorkslPartners Facility. <br />f. Motion to Approve Payment of$8,839.52 to the Ramsey County Sheriffs <br />Department for Arden Hills Share of the the Costs for Purchasing 800 MHz Radios <br />g. Motion to Authorize the Advertisement of Bids for the City Hall Chinmey Re- <br />cladding Project <br />h. Motion to Cancel the March 19th City Council Work Session Meeting. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar and to authorize execution of all <br />necessary documents contained therein.
