<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - FEBRUARY 26,2007 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. TCAAP Update <br /> <br />Community Development Director Barton stated she received the fully executed OTP <br />from the GSA. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Barton reported a meeting would be held on March <br />14, 2007 with the GSA and the Army to reach agreement on financial assurances, the <br />conveyance of the wildlife corridor and athletic fields, and to set a date by which an <br />agreement would be reached on the credits for cleanup cost. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Barton stated she presented the TCAAP update to <br />the I35W Corridor Coalition on February 23, 2007. She mentioned state representatives <br />were also in attendance. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Barton reported a joint City Council and Planning <br />Commission meeting would be held on February 27,2007 to discuss the Master Planning <br />process. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Barton reported the Master Development Advisory <br />Group would meet on March 1, 2007 to work on the development of the master <br />development plan. <br /> <br />9. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br />City Administrator Wolfe reported the City Council retreat is scheduled for March 9 and <br />10, 2007. She stated the facilitator is preparing a pre-retreat questionnaire for everyone to <br />fill out prior to the meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden thanked staff for the great job on street plowing after the snow <br />storm last weekend. She reminded residents that now is the time to contact City Hall to <br />purchase trees for the City parks. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant expressed his appreciation to the maintenance crew for snow <br />plowing the streets in a timely manner. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead echoed these comments. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />
