Decision Resources, LTD is a local company that <br />has a proven track record in conducting community surveys and has worked with a number of <br />local government agencies throughout the State of Minnesota. City staff is concerned that the <br />proposal submitted by the National Research Center and Information Specialists Group does not <br />offer the City enough flexibility to obtain residential input regarding important issues that are <br />unique to Arden Hills such as TCAAP. Also, the proposals submitted by the National Research <br />Center and Information Specialists Group may add additional costs to the City for specialized <br />questions or services that are not formally addressed in their proposals. <br /> <br />City Council Action- <br /> <br />Motion to Award the Community Survey agreement to Decision Resources in the amount of <br />$10,500. <br /> <br />5 <br />
