AH would be a place where people can live, play. raise a family, grow old, live <br />alone if that's what they want. go out to dinner, shop, work, bike, hike, etc. <br />b. A stable community that has a healthy vitality. This includes a mix of business <br />(non-heavy industry) and a mix of people that are interested in Arts. Education. <br />Health and Community (3) <br /> <br />6. Financial/budget: Strong budget document to utilize in financial planning and multi-year <br />planning to guide in decision-making process. Implement economic and redevelopment strategies for the balance of AH -(Michelle) <br /> <br />SHORT TERM PRIORITIES 2007 - 2008 <br />Ranked 8y Council And Staff <br />The Priority list originated with answers from the pre-retreat survey. The council and staff were then <br />given votes (Council members had five votes and department heads each received three votes.) <br />to select their highest priorities for the next two year. These items would be important projects. <br />programs. initiatives or events that will appear on the agenda, be discussed in a work session <br />and/or referred to in staff report. <br /> <br />#1 TCAAP: <br />a. Coordination of TCAAP redevelopment activities while continuing to meet the needs of the <br />City of AH - 30 <br />b. Continue working towards an agreement with the GSA and CRR for developing the TCAAP <br />property. - 8 <br />c. Structure TCAAP to be successful (agreements. operating costs. etc.) - 4 <br />d. TCAAP land sale - 4 <br /> <br />#2 Transportation: <br />a.
