Please indicate at least three long-term goals that you would like the City to <br />achieve by the year 2015. Don't worry about the language; only your ideas are <br />important. <br /> <br />2. In your opinion, what objectives or short-term priorities should the staff be working <br />on over the next two years? In general, these objectives or priorities may support or <br />be related to your goals. <br /> <br />3. Identify the biggest obstacles or barriers we will face in our efforts to meet these <br />goals and objectives. They can be both internal and external. <br /> <br />4. What assets or characteristics does Arden Hills have that you consider important or <br />significant strengths for the City? Consider the following categories: <br />b. Physical: geography, infrastructure, natural resources, housing, <br />development, neighborhood. businesses, location, schools. etc. <br /> <br />c. Human: residents, leaders, community, demographic cohort. etc. <br /> <br />d. Other: <br /> <br />5. How can the City Council be more effective? <br /> <br />6. What can staff do differently to be more effective? <br /> <br />7.
