In your opinion, what objectives or short-term priorities should the staff be working <br />on over the next two years? In general, these objectives or priorities may support or <br />be related to your goals. <br /> <br />3. Identify the biggest obstacles or barriers we will face in our efforts to meet these <br />goals and objectives. They can be both internal and external. <br /> <br />4.
