Strongly favor option 2 - keep traffic flow on 96 smoother - access to/from Highway <br />10 will only tangle the situation, not help to untangle the intersection. <br />. Would like to see cut-off closed - (694 to 35W) or close 694 off I 0 to 96 closed. <br />. My prime concern is that traffic may flow into the TCAAP development if it isn't <br />"easy" to go Northwest on Hwy 10 from 96 going West <br />
