RV's less than twenty-eight (28) feet in length may be stored outside <br />anywhere in the area where RV's less than seven (7) feet in height are <br />allowed as in the above Section 1325.10 Subd 2.A.2. <br /> <br />D. RV's less than thirty-four (34) feet in length may be allowed by <br />conditional use permit in a rear or side yard, with a minimum side and rear <br />yard setback often (10) feet, except when such a yard abuts a street, where <br />no parking is allowed. This conditional use permit procedure will allow <br />the unique circumstances of each lot to be considered and the most <br />appropriate storage location determined. <br /> <br />E. RV's over seven (7) feet in height may be stored anywhere in the <br />buildable portion of a residential lot. <br /> <br />F. The owner or occupant of any shoreline lot is permitted to store up to <br />three (3) boats or watercraft, in addition to other permitted RV's, provided <br />that such boats or watercraft: <br /> <br />I. Do not exceed the size limitations for other RV's as regulated <br />above. <br /> <br />2. Are stored in locations permitted for other R V's as regulated <br />above, except that permitted boats or watercraft may also be stored in <br />the required lakeshore setback area but not within fifty (50) feet of the <br />water's edge. Lesser lakeshore setbacks are permitted when <br />topographic conditions, lot configuration and/or the size and bulk of <br />the watercraft do not allow the normal fifty (50) foot setback to be <br />met. For purposes of this provision, this permitted lakeshore setback <br />encroachment shall be treated as part of the buildable portion of the <br />lot. <br /> <br />Watercraft shall include, but, shall not be limited to, power boats, <br />cruisers, canoes, jet skis, fishing/hunting boats, pontoon boats and sail <br />boats. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Parking Permits. All RV's may be parked in driveways for the sole <br />expressed purpose of loading and unloading for a period not to exceed seventy-two <br />(72) hours. Permits for a period of up to seven (7) days, renewable once during a <br />twelve (12) month period ma be obtained from City Hall. <br /> <br /> <br />Graphic Summary ofRV Storage Regulations. <br /> <br />A.
