Exterior storage of RV/SPTs greater than 34 feet in length <br />shall not be a permitted use in any residential zone. <br /> <br />Subd.3 Boat and Watercraft Exterior Storage Provisions for Shoreline Residential <br />Lots. <br />A. In addition to the provisions in Section 1325.10 Subd 2, the owner or <br />occupant of any shoreline lot is permitted to store three (3) additional <br />boats or watercraft. <br /> <br />B. Boats and watercraft include, but are not limited to, power boats, <br />cruisers, canoes, jet skies, fishinglhunting boats/pontoon boats, and sail <br />boats. <br /> <br />C. Boats and watercraft stored on a residential lot shall be owned or <br />leased by the owner or occupant of the property on which the boat or <br />watercraft is stored. <br /> <br />D. Boats and watercraft may be stored outside provided the boats and <br />watercraft: <br /> <br />1. Conform to the permitting, length, height, setback, and location <br />regulations in Section 1325.10 Subd 2 of this Zoning Code. <br /> <br />2. Are stored outside the regular structure setback from the Ordinary <br />High Water (OHW) mark. Lesser lakeshore setbacks maybe <br />considered in unique situations through the conditional use permit <br />process in Section 1325.10 Subd 2.E. <br /> <br />4 <br />
