<br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-54 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JOHN PECK TO SERVE ON THE <br />PARKS, TRAILS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council annually appoints residents to serve m an advisory <br />capacity to the City Council regarding parks, trails and recreation issues; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parks, Trails, and Recreation Committee has one opening due to the <br />resignation of Wallace "Joe" Nosek; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John Peck submitted an application and interviewed on April 19, 2007; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The City Council appoints John Peck to serve on <br />the Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />14th DAY OF MAY, 2007. <br /> <br />Stanley D.
