<br />January 12, 2007 <br /> <br />((Name!>) <br />((Name2)) <br />((Numbef)) (<StreetName)) <br /><(Number2)) <br /> <br />RE: 2007 Pavement Management Program Public Hearing <br /> <br />Dear Property Owner: <br /> <br />At the January 8, 2007 Council meeting, the City Council ordered the Public Hearing for the proposed <br />improvements to the streets in your neighborhood. <br /> <br />The Public Hearing will be on Mondav, January 29 at 7:00 pm in the Citv Council Chambers, 1245 <br />West Hil!:hwav 96. Copies ofthe feasibility report are available for review at City Hall and will be <br />published on the City's web site in the near future: www.ci.arden-hills.mn.us <br /> <br />The following streets have been included in the feasibility study to be considered for improvements as <br />part of the City's 2007 Pavement Management Program: <br />Katie Lane Connelly Avenue Dawn Circle East <br />Katie Court Lametti Lane Briarlmoll Circle <br />Brighton Way Lametti Circle Briarknoll Drive <br /> <br />Royal Lane <br />Karth Lake Circle <br /> <br />At the meeting, Staff will present the information discussed in the feasibility report, after which, the City <br />Council will open the Public Hearing asking for comments from property owners. <br /> <br />The cost ofthe improvement is presently estimated at $743,709. This cost includes the milling and <br />overlaying of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter repair, watermain repair, sanitary sewer <br />repair, and necessary appurtenances. Assessment information is included in the feasibility report and <br />will be presented at the hearing. <br /> <br />We are very interested in your feedback and invite you to attend the meeting.
