<br />~ <br />rt\~HILLS <br /> <br />2007 PMP <br />Project Update <br /> <br /> <br />NumbeI 2 May 1,2007 <br /> <br />Project Schedule <br />The contractDrs are progressing ahead of schedule. <br />Concrete curb and gutter repairs throughout the City <br />have begun, and are anticipated to be completed this <br />week. The order of progression for curb repair is <br />anticipated as follows: <br />Connelly Avenue <br />Lametti CirclelLametti Lane <br />Brighton Way <br />Royal Lane <br />Karth Lake Circle <br />Dawn Circle East <br />Briarknoll Drivel Briarknoll Circle <br /> <br />Some of the curb replacement is occurring in front of <br />residents' driveways. Once the new concrete curb <br />and gutter is placed, it is important that no vehicles <br />drive on it fDr 5 days after it has been placed, in order <br />for it to properly cure. For these residents, please <br />wait 5 days after curb installation before driving into <br />your driveways. Continue to park on the street, out of <br />the way of construction until this time. We have <br />notified the Ramsey County Sheriff that there will be <br />overnight street parking in these areas. We apologize <br />in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and <br />appreciate your patience during construction. <br /> <br />Utility repairs <br />Several utility repairs are proposed as a part of this <br />project. These are: <br />Connelly Avenue: watermain replacement (in <br />progress) <br />Briarknoll Drive: mid-block sanitary sewer repair <br />Brighton Way: gate valve repair <br />Karth Lake Circle: catch basin replacement <br /> <br />Utility repairs are scheduled for the week of May 7. <br />The work on Brighton Way will involve water to be <br />shut-off temporarily. Residents will be notified 24 <br />hours in advance when the water will be shut off. <br /> <br />Street work <br />Once the concrete curb and gutter repairs and utility <br />repairs are completed, the contractor will begin the <br />street wDrk. Brighton Way, Royal Lane, Dawn Circle, <br />Briarknoll Drive, Briarknoll Circle and Connelly will be <br />worked Dn first, beginning as early as the end Df the <br /> <br />week of May 7. Lametti Lane, Lametti Circle and <br />Karth Lake will follow later in May. <br /> <br />Please keep in mind that all schedules are subject to <br />changes due tD inclement weather or unforeseen <br />circumstances that arise. <br /> <br />Sprinkler Systems <br />If you have not already done so, please mark your <br />irrigation systems so that the contractDr is aware Df <br />them while they cDmplete the work. <br /> <br />Safety Reminder <br />Residents should use cautiDn at all times while driving <br />through the construction zone. Please remind <br />children tD stay clear Df the construction area and <br />equipment both during working and non-working <br />hours. <br /> <br />Access <br />The construction project will be staged so that <br />residents and emergency vehicles will have access at <br />all times. We have informed the contractor of trash <br />and recycling pick-up days to better coordinate <br />access for these services. <br /> <br />Questions? <br />The work in Arden Hills has been combined with <br />similar constructiDn work in the City of Roseville. This <br />is why you will see City of Roseville vehicles out on <br />the site during construction. <br /> <br />In the interest of providing information to all property <br />owners impacted by this project, this newsletter is <br />also being mailed to residents on surrounding streets <br /> <br />If you have any questions, CDncerns, or comments <br />please contact us.
