Promptly investigate, as Fire Department deems appropriate, the cause, origin <br />and circumstances of each and every fire occurring within the Fire Service Area <br />involving loss of life or injury to person or destruction or damage to property. If <br />it appears that such fire is of suspicious origin, the appropriate agency shaH take <br />immediate charge of all physical evidence relating to the cause of the fire and <br />pursue the investigation to its conclusion. <br /> <br />1. Maintain current ISO rating for City. <br /> <br />6.0 Reports Provided bv the Fire Department. Fire Department shall provide City <br />with the following reports and other reports as may be reasonably requested from time to time, <br />by the City: <br /> <br />A. Annual Report. On or before March 1st of each year, an annual organization <br />report which shall include at least the following: <br /> <br />1. A staffing/organization chart of Fire Department; <br /> <br />2. The Board of Directors' and Chiefs' addresses and telephone numbers; <br /> <br />3. A vehicle inventory; <br /> <br />4. A summary of fire and rescue calls; <br /> <br />5. A summary of false alarms; <br /> <br />6. A summary of mutual aid calls; <br /> <br />7. A summary of fire inspections; <br /> <br />8. A summary of fire inspection and code enforcement services rendered; <br /> <br />9. A summary of school fire prevention programs conducted; <br /> <br />10. A summary of public educational programs conducted; and <br /> <br />11. A summary of training activities. <br /> <br />B. Monthlv Fire Run and Inspection Reports. On or before the 15th day of each <br />month, a monthly Fire Run and Inspection Report which shall include at least <br />the following information: <br /> <br />4 <br />
