1. Fire and rescue calls; 2. False alarms; 3. Alarms by day, classification, structure or vehicle and response time; 4. Mutual aid calls; 5. Fire Inspection Report; 6. Fire investigations; 7. School fire prevention programs conducted; and 8. Public educational programs conducted. 7.0 Mutual Aid Agreements. Fire Department shall maintain its membership in the Capital City Mutual Aid Association and shall enter into such mutual aid agreements as it deems appropriate and necessary. Such agreements shall be premised on the condition that equipment or personnel will not be sent outside the Fire Service Area if the Fire Department's Fire Chief, orthe Chief's designee, determines that it is needed in the Fire Service Area. Copies of all mutual aid agreements Shall be filed wi.th City and Fire Department shall keep City informed of the requirements, rules and regulations of all mutual aid agreements to which it is a party. 8.0 Annual Submittals. The following items shall be submitted to City: A. Ooerating Budget. On or before July 1st of each year, Fire Department will submit an annual operating budget for the period January 1 through December 31 of the following year. The operating budget will be itemized for each station. City will make quarterly operating budget payments on or before January 15th; April 15th; July 15; and October 15th. B. Five-Year Caoitallmorovement Budget. On or before July 1st of each year and along with the operating budget, Fire Department shall submit a five-year capital improvement budget which itemizes vehicles and equipment which are estimated to cost more than $10,000. C. Annual Audit. On or before July 1st of each year, Fire Department shall provide I a copy of the previous year's annual certified audit. 5
