<br />1. Fire and rescue calls; <br /> <br />2. False alarms; <br /> <br />3. Alarms by day, classification, structure or vehicle and response time; <br /> <br />4. Mutual aid calls; <br /> <br />5. Fire Inspection Report; <br /> <br />6. Fire investigations; <br /> <br />7. School fire prevention programs conducted; and <br /> <br />8. Public educational programs conducted. <br /> <br />7.0 Mutual Aid Agreements. Fire Department shall maintain its membership in the <br />Capital City Mutual Aid Association and shall enter into such mutual aid agreements as it <br />deems appropriate and necessary. Such agreements shall be premised on the condition that <br />equipment or personnel will not be sent outside the Fire Service Area if the Fire Department's <br />Fire Chief, orthe Chief's designee, determines that it is needed in the Fire Service Area. Copies <br />of all mutual aid agreements Shall be filed wi.th City and Fire Department shall keep City <br />informed of the requirements, rules and regulations of all mutual aid agreements to which it is <br />a party. <br /> <br />8.0 Annual Submittals. The following items shall be submitted to City: <br /> <br />A. Ooerating Budget. On or before July 1st of each year, Fire Department will <br />submit an annual operating budget for the period January 1 through December <br />31 of the following year. The operating budget will be itemized for each station. <br />City will make quarterly operating budget payments on or before January 15th; <br />April 15th; July 15; and October 15th. <br /> <br />B. Five-Year Caoitallmorovement Budget. On or before July 1st of each year and <br />along with the operating budget, Fire Department shall submit a five-year capital <br />improvement budget which itemizes vehicles and equipment which are <br />estimated to cost more than $10,000. <br /> <br />C. Annual Audit. On or before July 1st of each year, Fire Department shall provide <br />I a copy of the previous year's annual certified audit. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />
