Highway 96 <br />ArdenHills,MN 55112 <br /> <br />RE: Proposal for Project Management for Proposed TCAAP Development <br /> <br />Ehlers & Associates is pleased to submit this proposal to provide project management and coordination to the <br />TCAAP development on behalf of the City Council and City Administrator. Ehlers knows what it takes to <br />convert development plans into reality and the importance of effectively and efficiently managing the process <br />from plan inception to construction. <br /> <br />The person from our fIrm to assume the duties of Project Manager for the redevelopment of TCAAP will be <br />Stacie Kvilvang, who has over 14 years of experience in managing development and redevelopment projects. <br />Her services will be provided on an hourly basis at the rate of $2001hour and will consist of, but not be limited <br />to the following: <br /> <br />1. Prepare project timeline for all components requiring approval for implementation of the project in <br />order to provide a mechanism to understand ramifIcations of potential shifts in time line that may <br />impact other areas of the project's progression <br /> <br />2 . Segment project into manageable, measurable and assigned tasks and produce status report and <br />detailed plan of action that is updated routinely to assure all required actions are done in accordance <br />with the timeline (as adjusted) <br /> <br />3 . Maintain project momentum, monitor project and routinely meet with all parties to assure duties are <br /> <br />completed/executed on time <br /> <br /> <br />4 . Provide troubleshooting to project team members as needed on assigned tasks <br /> <br /> <br />5 . Identify key success and anticipate changes or risks that might threaten project success <br /> <br /> <br />6 . Attend project team, City Council and Commission meetings as required <br /> <br /> <br />7 . Provide clear, accurate and timely communication for City Council, City Administrator and project <br /> <br />team of all aspects of project <br /> <br />8 . Monitor developer compliance with City Council directives and development contracts; and <br /> <br />9 .
