<br />Ramse.v COul1(v-Wide Emergency Operations Plan <br /> <br />Revision 5.1, June, 2005 <br /> <br />Municipal EOC's <br /> <br />Municipal Emergency Operations Centers (EOC) are noted in the <br />following table. <br /> <br />All EGC's have basic back-up generated power; landline and radio <br />communications capability; a provision for securing the facility (in all <br />cases, the local law enforcement agency will provide or arrange for <br />security during operations); basic sanitation needs and access to <br />restrooms. In the event local water systems are compromised, all EOC's <br />will require a vendor or volunteer agency to provide potable water. The <br />local Emergency Management Director is responsible for this activity and <br />for ensuring that all EOC facilities are appropriately stocked and equipped. <br /> <br />EOC activation time in all cases will average less than 120 minutes. <br /> <br />58 <br />
