<br />Ramsey County-Wide Emergency Operations Plan <br /> <br />Revision 5.1, June, 2005 <br /> <br />EOC Staffing lists are on file with the Mounds View Emergency <br />Management Director and includes: <br />. Mayor <br />. City Administrator <br />. Emergency Management Director <br />. Finance Director <br />. City Attorney <br />. Public Works Director <br />. Police Representative <br />. Fire Representative <br />. City Planner <br /> <br />Each department/agency that is represented in thc EOC is responsible for <br />ensuring that its representative is familiar with the duties that he/she is <br />expected to perform at the EOC. (Each department/agency shall develop a <br />checklist of responsibilities to be earned out by its EOC representative.) <br /> <br />Ramsey County EMHS may be requested to provide a representative to <br />EOC to coordinate the county's response. Space will be provided in the <br />EOC for county, state and federat officials, shoutd their presence be <br />necessary. Such officiats will be briefed regularly as to the status of the <br />disaster. City officials; however, will remain responsible for providing <br />director and controt of the city's response to a disaster. <br /> <br />Communications <br /> <br />Excised <br /> <br />y, <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />The primary official authorized to serve as the public information officer <br />(PIO) for the City of Mounds View is the Mayor or his designee. If <br />unavailable, the City Administrator or his designee will serve as the <br />alternate PIO. The PIO will serve as the official point of contact for the <br />news media. <br /> <br />City government personnel in the field will be responsible for relaying <br />important information about the emergency/disaster to the PIO. <br /> <br />The PIO will be responsible for disseminating information and instructions <br />to the public on a timely basis, and will coordinate all city news releases. <br /> <br />78 <br />
