March 29,2007 Special City Council Meeting <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden requested the following changes: April 30 City Council Meeting, Page <br />4, under Councilmember Holmes comments, fifth line down, after 2.4 add "item 2.4 was <br />contamination on the property". <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br />motion to approve the April 30, 2007 City Council Meeting Minutes as <br />amended; the April 10, 2007 Joint City Council/Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes as presented; and the March 29, 2007 Special City <br />Council Meeting Minutes as presented. The motion carried unanimously <br />(5-0). <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />a. Claims and Payroll <br />b. Motion to Adopt Resolution No. 07-52: Appointing Mr. Edmund Van Holtum to <br />the Economic Development Commission <br />c. Motion to Approve Planning Case 07-011 for a Site Plan Review at 4518 <br />Pheasant Drive Based on the Findings of Facts and the Submitted Plans as <br />Amended by the Four Conditions in the May 14, 2007, Planning Case Report. <br />d. Motion to Adopt Resolution No. 07-54; Appointing John Peck to serve on the <br />Parks, Trails, and Recreation Committee <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar and to authorize execution of all <br />necessary documents contained therein.
