Overview of Request: <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing to add thirty square feet of wall signage to the side of the building <br />facing Interstate 694 at 3930 Northwoods Drive. The sign would be used to advertise the on- <br />site urgent care services for HealthPartners, which is a conforming use in the I-Flex Zone. <br /> <br />The sign would be a standard static sign, and it would be internally lit. There is one existing <br />wall sign on the same side of the building as the proposed sign (facing 1-694), which is <br />approximately 188.3 square feet. There are no other wall signs on the building. <br /> <br />The subject property is located in Sign District 7, which limits total wall signage to 45 square <br />feet.
