Overview of Request <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting a Preliminary Plat to subdivide a 4.3 acre property into four new <br />conforming lots in the plat of Christensen Estates. The property is vacant and does not have <br />an assigned address. The property is located to the east of Snelling Avenue/Highway 51 and <br />to the west of the intersection of Ham line Avenue and Ingerson Road (Attachment 3C-3), <br />which is near the northwest side of Lake Josephine.
