The City did not send additional notices for the August 1,2007, <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Resident Comment <br /> <br />The City has not received any comments regarding this application. <br /> <br />Deadline for Agencv Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on June 28, 2007. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by August 28, 2007 (60 <br />days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day review <br />period.
