Previous Request <br /> <br />At the July 11, 2007, the Planning Commission reviewed a request to redevelop the property <br />at 3441 Lake Johanna Boulevard property. The property is adjacent to Lake Johanna <br />Boulevard on the east and Fairview Avenue on the west (Attachment 3A-2). As part of the <br />redevelopment proposal, the applicant was requesting the following three variances: <br />. Variance 1: Rear setback encroachment to construct a new dwelling with an attached <br />garage that is thirteen feet from the western property line that is adjacent to Fairview <br />A venue. <br />. Variance 2: Relocate and reconstruct a nonconfonning accessory structure into a less <br />nonconfornling location; and, <br />.
