Freestanding Signs There is currently a large freestanding sign at the Lexington Avenue/County Road E intersection, a freestanding sign at the Lexington A venue entrance, and a small entrance sign at the County Road E entrance. The sign copy area would increase from the existing freestanding signs to the proposed freestanding signs. The applicant has included a drawing of the proposed signs and a description of the signs in the submitted narrative. The proposed freestanding sign at Lexington and County Road E includes an LED readerboard. The City currently has a moratorium on all types of electronic message board signs, and this sign cannot be approved at this time. If the City adopts regulations that pemlit electronic message board signs, the applicant will need to retum at a later date for a PUD amendment. The graphic sign would be placed inside the windows at the main entrance on the northeast corner of building one. The auxiliary signs would be used for the pharnlacy drive-through.
