<br />Freestanding Signs <br /> <br />There is currently a large freestanding sign at the Lexington Avenue/County Road E <br />intersection, a freestanding sign at the Lexington A venue entrance, and a small entrance sign <br />at the County Road E entrance. The sign copy area <br />would increase from the existing freestanding signs to the proposed freestanding signs. The <br />applicant has included a drawing of the proposed signs and a description of the signs in the <br />submitted narrative. <br /> <br />The proposed freestanding sign at Lexington and County Road E includes an LED <br />readerboard. The City currently has a moratorium on all types of electronic message board <br />signs, and this sign cannot be approved at this time. Signs for Building 1 <br /> <br />For building one, the applicant is also proposing 40.4 square feet of window signs, 35.1 <br />square feet of graphics, and twelve square feet of auxiliary signs. The graphic sign would be <br />placed inside the windows at the main entrance on the northeast corner of building one.
