Thc Development <br />contemplales the demolition of the threc ofnce "pods" in the northeast corner of Arden <br />Plaza and the construction of three ncw buildings. The offIce pods consist of <br />approximatcly 46,000 square feet of space. It is intended thaI this office spacc be replaced <br />with approximately 44,000 square feet of space in three new buildings. <br /> <br />No expansion or demolition of the existing rctail center is contcmplated. <br /> <br />2. The nature of applicant's interest. <br /> <br />The Applicant is Arden Plaza, LLC.
