Motion to Approve Plamring Case 07-010 for a Conditional Use Permit <br />Amendment and Variance at 4300 West Round Lake Road based on the Findings <br />of Fact and the submitted plans as amended by the ten conditions in the June 25, <br />2007 Planning Case Report. <br />e. Motion to Approve the "City Commission, Committees, and Task Forces: <br />Recruitment, Appointment, and Term Limit" Policy <br />f. Motion to Direct Staff to Recruit for the Position of Planner I, with a starting <br />salary range of $40,000-$45,000 per the attached Draft Job Description, with an <br />initial term for the position through December 31, 2008. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Harpstead seconded a motion <br />to approve the Consent Calendar and to authorize execution of all <br />necessary documents contained therein. Motion to Approve Planninl! Case 07-014 for a Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, <br />Variance, and the Development Al!reement for the Plat of Hazelnut Park #3 <br />Based on the Findinl!s of Fact and the Submitted Plans as Amended bv the <br />Ten Conditions in the June 25, 2007, Planninl! Case Report. <br /> <br />Mr. Lehnhoff summarized the applicant's request for a Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, Variance, <br />and the Development Agreement for HazehlUt Park #3 Subdivision. He indicated the Planning <br />Commission unanimously recommended approval based on ten conditions as outlined in staffs <br />June 25, 2007 report. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant noted he was the Council liaison for the Planning Commission. He <br />noted there was one resident concem noted who wanted Katie Lane to be a 90 degree corner in <br />order to control the speed of the traffic. Mr. Lehnhoff stated he had received an email from that <br />resident concern over putting a 90 degree road in that area because of the pond, but had requested <br />either a sigu or a speed bump. <br />
