<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL -JUNE 25, 2007 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councihnember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve Resolution 07-41 ordering an Alternative Urban <br />Areawide Review (AUAR) for the Twin Cities AmIy Anrmunition Plant <br />(TCAAP) Redevelopment Project. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. TCAAP <br /> <br />Ms. Barton updated on the Council on recent TCAAP developments. <br /> <br />9. COUNCIL REOUESTS <br /> <br />A. Councilmember Holden stated she liked the City Council agenda format. She <br />stated on September 27 the Taste of Northwest Youth and Family Services was <br />being held. <br /> <br />B. Mayor Harpstead updated the Council on the Economic Development <br />Commission meeting. <br /> <br />C. Councilmember Grant noted the Finance Committee has changed its meeting to <br />the second Tuesday ofthe month. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to adjourn to a special closed session pursuant to MS 13D.05 <br />SUBD 3.b to discuss the 2006 PMP Assessment appeal.
