ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL -JULY 9, 2007 2 Mayor Harpstead asked ifhe had met with staff regarding the process. Mr. Heitzmann responded he had and he understood the process. Councilmember Grant asked if the transaction had been completed. Mr. Heitzmann responded they had not. Councilmember Holden inquired about the green space. Mr. Heitzmann responded there was green space in all of the blank areas, as well as along the pond and in the back. He stated they would work with the City to ensure that proper green space was incorporated. He noted this would be a pedestrian friendly development. He noted they were intending the property to be subdivided and noted there was no non-profit entities. Councilmember Grant asked how many units were in each assisted living building. Mr. Heitzmann responded it had not been established, but it would be in the neighborhood of 40 and it would be a multi-level building. He noted there would be a sidewalk along County Road E West. Mayor Harpstead encouraged him to continue forward and let the process run its course. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. May 14, 2007 Work Session Meeting B. May 17, 2007 TCAAP Master Development Agreement Work Session Meeting MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to approve the May 14, 2007 Work Session Meeting Minutes as presented; the May 9, 2007 Joint City CouncilfPlanning Commission Meeting as presented; the May 17, 2007 TCAAP Master Development Agreement Work Session Meeting as presented. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). 4. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Claims and Payroll B. Motion to Approve the National Night Out Proclamation MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar and to authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (5-0).
