<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL -JULY 9, 2007 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead asked ifhe had met with staff regarding the process. Mr. Heitzmann responded <br />he had and he understood the process. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant asked if the transaction had been completed. Mr. Heitzmann responded <br />they had not. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden inquired about the green space. Mr. Heitzmann responded there was <br />green space in all of the blank areas, as well as along the pond and in the back. He stated they <br />would work with the City to ensure that proper green space was incorporated. He noted this <br />would be a pedestrian friendly development. He noted they were intending the property to be <br />subdivided and noted there was no non-profit entities. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant asked how many units were in each assisted living building. Mr. <br />Heitzmann responded it had not been established, but it would be in the neighborhood of 40 and <br />it would be a multi-level building. He noted there would be a sidewalk along County Road E <br />West. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead encouraged him to continue forward and let the process run its course. <br /> <br />3. May 17, 2007 TCAAP Master Development Agreement Work Session Meeting <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the May 14, 2007 Work Session Meeting Minutes as <br />presented; the May 9, 2007 Joint City CouncilfPlanning Commission <br />Meeting as presented; the May 17, 2007 TCAAP Master Development <br />Agreement Work Session Meeting as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Claims and Payroll <br />B. Motion to Approve the National Night Out Proclamation <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar and to authorize execution of all <br />necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously <br />(5-0). <br /> <br />
