MnlDOT Cooperative Agreement - The city pointed out that the application period has begun <br />and that they are due on September 14. <br />1. ACTION: SEH is awaiting direction from the City to proceed with the <br />application. <br />D. State Aid Routes of Regional SignifIcance <br /> <br />IV. Mn/DOT Offer to Complete Final Design - Due to the I-35W bridge collapse, Mn/DOT is <br />suspending its offer to provide design services on local projects. <br />A. Geotechnical investigation - Mn/DOT reported that its geotechnical offIce feels the proposed <br />boring program laid out by SEH is insuffIcient for Final Design. <br />1. ACTION - SEH will coordinate with Mn/DOT to determine what if any additional <br />borings would be needed. A decision on timing of this work will then be made. <br /> <br />V. TraffIc Update <br />A. SEH presented the CORSIM modeling for the regional roadways using the 2030 forecasts <br />recently completed. Mn/DOT has approved the CORSIM base models.
